Alex Perchuk- Owner of Thriftway Pharmacy

Since 1988, Alex Perchuk has served as the owner, director, and pharmacy manager of Thriftway Pharmacy, which dispenses medications and provides other services at three locations in New York City. A resident of New Jersey, Alex Perchuk has built his patient-centered operations on good relationships and collaboration among his pharmacies. The New Jersey native offers a variety of healthcare options, such as blood pressure monitoring, nutritional supplements, and personal attention to insurance questions.

Mr. Perchuk earned a BS from the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy at Long Island University. He is a Board Member of the New York City Pharmacists Society Chapter of the State of New York and was previously the President and Chairman of the New York City Pharmacists Society. Mr. Perchuk also sat on the Retail Advisory Board of Cardinal Health, a provider of pharmaceutical and laboratory products. In addition, he supports Gerimed, which offers software for long-term care pharmacies.
